    Voici quellques conseils et astuces pour préparer votre corossol frais.
    Comment le préparer nature : Laver brièvement, peler et couper en deux. Jeter la fibre centrale uniquement si elle semble dure. Retirer les graines immédiatement ou en mangeant le fruit.
    Le corossol se consomme surtout cru.
    Comment consommer et préparer le graviola corossol ?
    Pelé et débarrassé de ses graines noires, il peut être consommé sucré ou salé en jus, en salade de fruits, en sorbets ou salé en flan ou gratin.
    Sucré
    La saveur sucrée du corossol permet de le consommer nature sans ajout de sucre. Il se déguste aussi en salade de fruits, jus ou sorbets ou en confiture.
    Salé
    On peut le cuisiner salé en flan ou en gratin. Pour le cuisiner cuit, il faut le choisir non mûr, le faire cuire dans de l’eau salée.

    Pour allier l’utile à l’agréable, voici une recette de mousse de pulpe de fruit de graviola corossol
    Cette recette de mousse de corossol est d’origine sénégalaise.
    Le corossol doit être parfaitement mûr afin de dégager son subtil parfum.
    Nombre de personnes : 6
    Préparation : 30 mn
    Cuisson : 5 mn
    Ingrédients
    1.5 kg de corossol
    250 g. de sucre
    10 cl d’eau
    10 feuilles de gélatine
    50 cl de crème liquide
    1 citron
    Pelez les corossols et retirez la partie centrale et les noyaux. Dans un saladier, mélangez la chair avec le jus du citron et un peu d’eau. Recueillez le jus à travers un chinois. Il vous faut d’un litre de jus.
    Mettez les feuilles de gélatine à ramollir dans de l’eau froide.
    Faites dissoudre le sucre dans 10 cl d’eau.
    Lorsque le sucre est fondu, incorporez les feuilles de gélatine. Faites refroidir le sirop en le fouettant.
    Montez la crème liquide en chantilly.
    Mélangez le jus de corossol avec le sirop. Lorsque le mélange a épaissi, incorporez délicatement la crème chantilly.
    Versez dans des coupes individuelles et conservez au frais 3 à 4 h.
