Artemisia annua powder

Artemisia annua (Annual mugwort) 100% natural powdered plant.

Mugwort annual is a tonic, stimulating, antispasmodic, emmenagogue plant. It is for this last use that it was best known, it facilitates the onset of menstruation and relieves pain.
The artemisinin contained in the plant (all the aerial part, all that comes out of the ground) is a pro oxidant against cancer or viruses, more effective if taken with iron. We advise you to take zinc-rich moringa leaf capsules or powder at the same time (3 capsules per day or 100 g of powder per month) and baobab fruit (powder is more economical and it does not is not unpleasant to drink, 250 g of powder per month, 2 teaspoons or 6 capsules per day) to supplement iron treatment, but also to strengthen and balance the metabolism and the immune system.

-Different preparation methods
Plain: put a teaspoon of powder in a glass of water or fruit juice, mix and drink.
Infusion: pour boiling water directly on the plant and let infuse for 3 to 10 minutes, filter and drink, consume 3 to 5 cups a day.
Decoction: put the powder in boiling water and keep boiling for 10 to 30 minutes, strain and drink, consume 2 cups a day.
