Preparation of herbal tea or infusion of organic baobab leaves, a super antioxidant drink
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 GLASSES OF INFUSION
20 cl of spring water
2 pinches of dried organic Baobab leaves
Heat the water and let the dried baobab leaves infuse for 5 minutes. Filter and taste.
Composition : 100% organic Baobab leaves
Conditioning : 100g thermo-sealed bag, fitted with a resealable zip for better conservation.
Use : The baobab leaf can be consumed in herbal tea, and enter into the composition of culinary preparation, or be applied as a mask on the skin or the hair.
For the bath: Pour a liter of hot water over 3 tablespoons of baobab leaves, let stand between 10 and 15 minutes, so as to obtain a well-sustained infusion, filter, and add it, still lukewarm, to the 'water for your bath (stay at least 15 minutes in the bath).
